A Showcase of Rural Entrepreneurship Efforts From September 17-19, 2019, ELI’s Nic Houle traveled to the city of Pine Bluff, Arkansas as part of the 2019 RuralRISE Summit. “Beginning on September 17, the BEDC will offer its “Ice House Entrepreneurship” course. The eight-week programme runs Tuesdays from 6pm until 8.15pm through November 12 at a cost of $275. The Southern Pines Public Library in Southern Pines, North Carolina has announced a new programming theme for the next year, Dream It, Achieve It: Envisioning the Future at Your Library.
