Payment / Return Policy
ELI accepts payment via check, credit/debit card, EFT, and purchase order. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
We are happy to provide credit for products originally purchased from ELI that are returned prepaid in new, unmarked, unopened, resalable condition.
Products being returned must be returned within 12 months of their original invoice or receipt purchase date. Failure to provide an invoice, receipt, or order number with your return, will cause it to be rejected. You must provide proof of purchase.
Products purchased from other sources, or that have been opened and rewrapped, used, price stickered, security label/tagged, water damaged, or other types of damaged products are ineligible for credit and will not be accepted. Such products are subject to being returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Credit for eligible returns will be issued at the invoiced price or at the most recently invoiced price for the title according to ELI’s record of the account’s purchase history. Shipping expenses are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. ELI does not provide refunds, and partial credit/refunds are not given for the return of any individual component contained within a product package.
All credits issued from any APPROVED and valid return, must be used within one year of credit receipt issue date or you will lose it.
