How We Help Communities Thrive
- Provide Facilitator Training and Courseware: Using our internationally acclaimed Ice House Entrepreneurial Mindset Programs, equip facilitators with the tools to nurture entrepreneurial thinking in diverse audiences. Designed for schools, workforce development, and community organizations, our flexible courseware inspires action and can be implemented across a variety of settings.
- Identify and Empower Local Champions: Every community has individuals ready to lead transformative initiatives. We help identify, train, and support these champions, enabling them to sustain and expand entrepreneurial programs within their communities.
- Activate Entrepreneurial Spaces: Entrepreneurial activity thrives in dynamic environments. We work with community leaders to catalyze collaborative spaces that connect aspiring entrepreneurs with mentors, champions, and resources, fostering innovation and growth.
- Cultivate a Network of Local Entrepreneurs: Local entrepreneurs are essential for creating entrepreneurial communities. They not only provide inspiration but also critical guidance, mentorship, and support. We help stakeholders establish these networks of experienced entrepreneurs.
- Launch Community-Wide Entrepreneurial Mindset Challenges: We work with community stakeholders and sponsors to initiate Entrepreneurial Mindset Challenges designed to stimulate entrepreneurial activity throughout the community.
