Now residing in North Carolina, retired Miami Police Captain, certified police instructor, and soon-to-be Ice House Facilitator, Lillie Harris, is preparing to launch a new program! Partnering with Techworks, Harris will be using the Ice House Entrepreneurship Programs to teach youth about self-empowerment through problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and the entrepreneurial mindset.
