As both an entrepreneur and a librarian, Duncan Smith served as the General Manager for EBSCO’s NoveList Division for 25+ years. The division is based on the database product that he co-founded with two friends. As a certified Ice House Facilitator, Duncan is currently working with public libraries to improve services for emerging entrepreneurs.
